Terms and Conditions

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on , by and between Clients4Agents (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and the subscribing licensed real estate Broker/Agent (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).

Both parties agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services
The Company agrees to provide real estate lead generation and referral services to the Client, focused on delivering qualified and interested buyer and seller leads to assist the Client in generating real estate transactions. Services may vary based on the selected plan (Trial, Gold, Premium, or Premium Plus).

2. Onboarding & Payment Terms
1. The Client agrees to pay the onboarding or subscription fee applicable to the selected plan upon signing this Agreement.
2. Any promotional credits, guarantees, or refunds (if applicable) shall be governed by the specific terms of the selected plan.

3. Lead Delivery
1. Lead delivery timelines and monthly volume depend on the Client’s selected plan.
2. Leads may include buyer and/or seller prospects interested in real estate purchases or sales.
3. Leads will be delivered through the Company’s approved communication channels.

4. Referral & Service Fee
The Client agrees that any referral or service fee (if applicable) shall be charged in accordance with the terms of the selected plan or separate written agreement between both parties.

5. Refund & Guarantee Policy
1. Refund eligibility, guarantees, or trial conditions shall strictly follow the terms of the selected plan.
2. Any approved refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days.

6. Agreement Term & Chargeback Policy
1. This Agreement shall remain valid for the duration defined by the selected plan.
2. The Client agrees not to initiate a chargeback or dispute without first providing written notice to the Company and allowing reasonable time for resolution.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior communications or agreements. Any amendment must be made in writing.

9. Execution
By submitting this Agreement electronically, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.
