This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on , by and between Clients4Agents (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and , a licensed real estate Broker/Agent (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).

Both parties agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services
The Company agrees to provide real estate lead generation and referral services to the Client, focused on delivering qualified and interested buyer and seller leads to assist the Client in generating real estate transactions.

2. Onboarding & Payment Terms
1. The Client shall pay a one-time onboarding/sign-up fee of $430 USD upon signing this Agreement.
2. Once the Client successfully closes their first real estate deal generated through the Company’s leads, the onboarding fee will be credited back to the Client’s account.

3. Lead Delivery
1. The Company shall deliver the first lead within fourteen (14) days from the execution of this Agreement.
2. The Company agrees to provide a minimum of Three (3) qualified referrals per month over one hundred and twenty (120) days service period.
3. Leads may include buyer and/or seller prospects interested in real estate purchases or sales. All leads will be delivered to the email address specified by you below:

4. Referral & Service Fee
The Client agrees to pay the Company a referral/service fee equal to an agreed percentage % of the Net Commission Earned from any real estate transaction (purchase or sale) that results directly or indirectly from leads or referrals provided by the Company during the coverage period.

5. Refund & Guarantee Policy
1. If the Company fails to deliver a minimum of Three (3) referrals as agreed during the service period, the onboarding fee will be fully refunded to the Client’s account.
2. If the Client generates no income within four (4) months from the start date of this Agreement using the Company’s leads, the Client will be eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid.
3. Approved refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days.

6. Agreement Term & Chargeback Policy
1. This Agreement shall remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of signing.
2. The Client agrees not to terminate, initiate a chargeback, or dispute this Agreement prior to the completion of the 120-day term, unless the Company fails to deliver leads as outlined in Section 3 (Lead Delivery).
3. In the event of non-delivery, written notice must be provided by the Client, and a full refund will be issued within 30 days.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Client’s jurisdiction, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts therein.

8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior communications, discussions, or agreements, whether written or oral. Any amendment must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

9. Execution
This Agreement may be executed electronically or physically. A signed copy will be shared with the Client via email after onboarding.
