Service Agreement
This Service Agreement governs your enrollment in a Clients4Agents appointment-setting subscription plan. By completing checkout, you agree to the terms below.
Services provided: Clients4Agents generates, qualifies, and schedules appointments with prospective buyers or sellers on your behalf, up to the number of qualified appointments included in your selected plan each billing period. Appointments are delivered on a rolling basis throughout the month, not guaranteed on any specific day.
Qualified appointment: An appointment is considered "qualified" when it meets the written qualification criteria for your plan — verified contact information, confirmed interest in buying or selling, and a scheduled calendar booking. Appointments that fail these criteria are eligible for replacement at no additional cost.
Client responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate contact and billing information, respond to scheduled appointments in a timely manner, and notify us promptly of any issues with appointment quality so they can be reviewed and replaced if eligible.
Billing and term: Your subscription renews automatically each month at the plan price shown at checkout. The agreement continues on a month-to-month basis until cancelled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
Limitation of liability: Clients4Agents is not responsible for whether a scheduled appointment results in a signed listing, sale, or transaction — our service covers appointment generation and qualification only.
This Service Agreement works together with our Recurring Billing Authorization, Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy, all of which apply to your subscription.
