All services are delivered digitally and are considered intangible.
2. No Guarantee of Results
You acknowledge and agree that: The Company does not guarantee any specific results, including closed transactions, revenue, or return on investment Outcomes depend on multiple factors outside our control, including your responsiveness, sales ability, and market conditions
3. Service Fulfillment
Services shall be deemed fulfilled upon delivery of any of the following: Provision of a lead with contact details Scheduling of an appointment on your behalf Delivery of lead or prospect data
Once fulfilled, services are considered rendered in full.
4. Client Obligations
You agree to: Provide accurate and complete information Respond to leads and appointments in a timely manner Conduct yourself professionally with prospects
Failure to fulfill these obligations does not constitute a failure of service.
5. Fees and Payment
All fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing Subscription services will be billed on a recurring basis as disclosed at checkout You authorize Clientsforagents LLC to charge your designated payment method
6. Refund Policy
All payments are final. Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances: Duplicate billing Verified billing errors
No refunds shall be issued for: Services already delivered Dissatisfaction with results Failure to close transactions
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
You agree to contact the Company to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a dispute with your payment provider.
Initiating a chargeback for services that have been delivered constitutes a breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to: Provide evidence of service delivery, including communication records and system logs Pursue recovery of funds and any associated fees
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be provided.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, systems, and processes used by the Company remain the exclusive property of Clientsforagents LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services.
